When do I pay?

Payment is collected once when you publish your event. After that the event stays live at no extra charge regardless of how many attendees register.

What's the difference between a bundle and individual modules?

A bundle gives you a curated set of modules at a flat discounted rate. Picking modules individually lets you pay only for what you need. Either way, the capacity tier is always charged on top.

How does ticketing work on Joinlah?

You create ticket tiers (General, VIP, Table for 10, etc.) with individual prices and capacities. Attendees pick a tier when registering. Payment can be collected by bank transfer or e-wallet — attendees upload a screenshot as proof and you confirm from the dashboard — or by card via Stripe if your account has it enabled. Attendees receive a ticket with their status and can view it at any time from their confirmation page.

Do you take a percentage of ticket sales?

No. Joinlah does not take a cut of your ticket revenue. You collect payments directly from attendees by bank transfer, e-wallet, or any method you choose — payment is completely outside the platform. The ticketing module is a flat per-event add-on fee, nothing more.

Can attendees change their ticket tier?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Attendees can switch to a different tier any time before their payment is confirmed by the organizer. When they switch, any uploaded proof is cleared and they submit fresh details for the new tier.

Can I add promo codes to my event?

Accepted Answer

Yes, from the ticketing settings in the dashboard. Create as many codes as you need per event, each with a percentage or fixed discount. Attendees enter the code during registration and the discount is applied to their tier price before they see the total.

Are there promo codes for the platform fee?

Yes. Enter a promo code at checkout and the discount is applied to the Joinlah platform fee before payment.

Can I get an exemption?
