Run clubs
Run club management, not group chat chaos.
Post this week's run as a shareable link, watch RSVPs and headcount land automatically, and scan runners in at the meeting point. No app download for your members, no spreadsheet for you. Built for run clubs and running groups in Malaysia.
This week's run, live in two minutes.
Set the meeting point, date, and RSVP cutoff, then share one link in your running group's chat. Runners RSVP with just their name and email, no account needed, and get a confirmation with their QR code right away.
- Public run page with meeting point, distance, and pace info
- Custom questions: emergency contact, pace group, first-timer or regular
- Capacity limit for routes with tight parking or a small support crew
- QR code emailed to every runner the moment they RSVP
Know who actually showed up.
Scan runners in at the meeting point from any phone, no dedicated scanner needed. Drag confirmed runners into pace or distance groups so pacers know exactly who's with them, and push a notification the moment a route changes or a session gets called off.
- QR check-in at the meeting point, from any team member's phone
- Attendance recorded per session, so you can see who's been showing up
- Drag confirmed runners into named pace or distance groups
- Announcement + push notification for route changes or cancellations

Do I need to recreate the run every week?
Each week's run gets its own event page, so every session has a fresh link and its own headcount. Setting one up takes about two minutes: set the meeting point, date, and RSVP cutoff, then share the link in your club's WhatsApp or Telegram group.
Can I split runners into pace groups?
Yes. Once RSVPs come in, drag confirmed runners into named groups, like 5K Pacers, 10K Pacers, or Beginners, each with its own capacity if you need one. Pacers can see exactly who's assigned to their group.
How do runners check in on the day?
Scan each runner's QR code from any phone at the meeting point, no dedicated scanner or app needed. Several team members can scan at once and the count updates live across every phone.
Can I notify everyone if the route or meeting point changes?
Yes. Send an announcement and it goes out by email to everyone confirmed, plus a push notification to anyone who's opted in. Useful for a last-minute route change, a moved meeting point, or cancelling a session for haze or heavy rain.
Do runners need to download an app?
No. RSVPing, receiving the QR code, and getting checked in all happen in a normal mobile browser. There's nothing for your members to install.
Is it free for a run club to use?
Yes, you can run weekly sessions and check runners in for free. Paid plans raise the attendee limit if your club grows past the free tier. See the pricing page for current numbers.
